24 Cancellation Policy:

While we absolutely understand emergencies and sickness happen, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy to insure our business is protected. If there is a no show or late cancellation you will be charged 50% of the total service including an esthetician gratuity fee:

Please note: Until the balance is paid in full you will be restricted to accessing our online booking for a future appointment.

We ask that you be courteous and notify us if you need to reschedule by calling, texting, or emailing in a timely manner or you can always rebook online in the 24 hour time frame so we have the opportunity to allow open booking access to potential clients. We offer you the opportunity to avoid late cancellations fees by sending you a friendly 24 hour reminder text of your upcoming appointment.

We will not excuse no shows or late cancellations for the following reasons:

  • Menstrual Cycle

  • Other Appointments you schedule outside of Bare Sugar Studio overlapping

  • Running 15 minutes past appointment time (unless we are able to accommodate based on our work schedule that day)

  • Waiting too late to let us know you are ill or something has come up

  • Not having enough hair growth

  • Forgot about your appointment (as we do notify you by 4 text reminders and emails about your upcoming appointment)

  • Daycare (as we offer the opportunity for you to bring in your little ones to the shop)

  • Trying to reschedule by emailing or calling us less than 24 hours to your appointment time

Additionally we will be adding a Deposit to our services that require more time and preparation:

  • $50 Deposit - Any Facial, Body Wrap, or Massage

  • $20 Deposit - The Brow Lift or Brow Lamination

  • $20 Deposit - Full Leg Sugaring

Please note: This deposit will be applied to your total at check out so you will not be paying extra. This is to ensure we have security in our longer services.
